People with disabilities are the largest minority in the world, with more than 1 billion people worldwide. But four decades after the UN General Assembly adopted the Global Program of Action on Persons with Disabilities, people with disabilities continue to be excluded from large parts of the economy. That is bad for economic prosperity and social justice. But we can do something about this!
